Set your Expectations First

This is a ventless dryer so therefore takes a little longer to dry items...once you have this understanding it is a good dryer. Also, the buttons are a little tricky. One evening after we first purchased I couldn't get the dryer to start. There is a bit of a "delay" once it beeps that you have to select the button. Once you get the hang of it, it's not a problem. Overall, great for the space in our small condo.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quietest dryer

Quiet, effective drying with options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got my compact 1st floor laundry set installed last Friday. I have since run 6 loads without taking the stairs to the basement. These were a close fit in my small closet but once the plumber and electrician were done, I was in business. I read the manual before starting and am glad I did. Lots of options so I can tailor to what I wash. Quiet except when water is flowing in, holds more than expected, and got all the spills and spots out. So far so good. Some have mentioned drying problems, but I suspect they did not read the manual. It works well if you use the right options.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Lots of choices for different types of clothing. Filter easy to clean. Wont shrink - I tried to shrink a sweater that was too big and it wouldnt shrink so i can rest assured that any new sweater will not shrink.

Hot Running

We have had this dryer for a couple of weeks. It a condensing type with no vent to the outside.
While it does a good job drying, it generates lots of heat. I cannot imagine running the dryer at the same time as airconditioning! The laundry room turns into a sauna!

Best Clothes Dryer Available

I reviewed all major brands of dryers and settled on the Bosch Condenser dryer. The deciding factors were many. It was designed to eliminate the need for a discharge hot air vent that I regarded as a definite plus. The high quality of construction and legendary Bosch reliability could not be excelled. The designers
and engineers planned every detail to perfection. It is very quiet in operation and highly energy efficient. I m very pleased with the performance of the dryer for a variety of materials I have dried in the machine. I know I can count on this dryer to last many more years than dryers made by competitor and mentioned this to the sales person who confirmed from experience that I was right in that assessment. If you want the best laundry appliances for your home, then buy Bosch and you will not be disappointed. They are the Mercedes of home appliances.

Perfect size

Purchased the dryer three weeks ago and could not be more pleased. It is incredibly robust for it's size. It looks beautiful and operates flawlessly. I mostly use the cotton dry setting and while it initially says it will take nearly two hours the auto sensing usually turns the machine off in about an hour. The clothes are perfectly dry. It always seeems to sync up just right with the timing of the matching washer.
