[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had several different side-by-side dryers for 45 years. After more than 30 years of squeezing into my small laundry room and dealing with a dryer vent that leaked lint, I decided to try the Bosh ventless dryer. I had concerns...it would take long, it would increase electric cost, it would raise humidity levels in my house, and it wouldn’t dry the clothes. None of these “fears” occurred. They dryer appears small, but it dries clothes just fine. I have no link leakage. I will say that when I first open the dryer and pull clothes out, the clothes feel a bit damp. That disappeared within a minute or two.
The dryer occassionally goes on a bout of not wanting to start. Instead it will double beep when I try to start a load. There are no instructions in the user guide on how to troubleshoot this. From what I've learned scouring over online forums, this means that the sensor could possibly be dirty. However, I've cleaned the sensor (and everything else: lint filter, heat exchanger, etc) and still get the double beep when attempting to start a load.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because I can’t vent my dryer to the outside, I need a condenser dryer. I have owned 2 other condenser dryers over the years, but the Bosch has proven to be the best so far. Unlike some reviews I have seen, this dryer is very fast and is also very quiet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Match to our washer, we like the condensation feature because the dryer does not have to be vented, This allowed use to move the W/D upstairs and create a laundry room/guest bath,
