We are very old school so we had problems getting this set up, but when it started working for us, WOW. I see a lot of bad ratings and Ill bet they are from difficult set up. need more smart ness in the tv or the people. we love it
Cannot get comcast remote to work with this unit, but then again the remote that came with it does not work either. The previous owner said it work before and I'd trust her in my surgery room so I trust her word on this. I indeed love all the features that this unit has and I am making attempts to make use of them.

We have had our 42" for years. Philips has released multiple updates and fixes through firmware. Great brand.

Love the "easyLink" which I call "smart switch"

15 years still great Never have to select "mode". Simply click the particular remote for whatever is HDMI connected and the TV unit finds it automatically. Sound is superb. Have a slight edge of screen fade when on the roku home screen but dissipates when any program is selected. Just recently started having response issues with the ORIGINAL remote and cleaning beneath some of the control buttons has helped.This is a bedroom TV and picture quality remains fantastic.
