Good phone for a flip type

Menu changes were difficult for my husband to learn since he is not tech savvy. He had an older Rugby and was used to the menus on that. Otherwise it is a great phone and serves his purposes very well. He is glad he bought it since he doesn't like smartphones and will never own one.

It's tough

Had an earlier model Rugby for about 8 years and finally broke it in two. Happy to see a newer model still available. Sure wish we still got a printed operating manual for us who aren't in love with everything internet.

My husband loves his new phone. It is smaller but the numbers are larger for him to see.

Meh. Downfall of Rugby continues

I've had all models of the Rugby since the original yellow Rugby 1, and every time I upgrade I think the prior model was better. This time bluetooth is even worse than Rugby 3, and they've tried to make it a smart feature phone and failed. Has awesome battery life but that can't make up for the problems with it. Actively looking for something to replace it with on eBay in the meantime.

I bought this phone for my husband who has a hearing problem. He loves it! He can now hear the other person talking and can hear this phone ringing.
