[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old electric dryer broke down and it couldn't be fix after four years of service but I had extended waranty and got oportunity to replace it or upgrade and decided to try gas one to see if i could save on electricity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dryer. Only problem is if you just accidentally push a button it goes on do k always have to put on LOCdetergent measuring light goes on and offDryer works well and easy to use

This unit leaves the clothes dry and wrinkle free! The steam option is amazing. No need for dry cleaning many items

I have had this 2 weeks and have used it about 8 times. I love the selections and the different options there are. I have the gas (LP) version and it seems to be realy loud and rumbly when the gas kicks on; it may be just that it needs tweeking; I am having it checked to find out. Other than that it runs quietly and dries the clothes in a timely manner. I would rate quality and sound levels excellent but for the rumbly gas, but would up it from good to excellent if it quiets after getting checked out.

Awesome not having wrinkled clothes!

After extensive research, I purchased this washer/dryer combination for the extensive number of features and price I was able to get for the pair. So far I'm pleased with the build quality and performance of the 97 models. I especially like the wrinkle prevention features, including the steam refresh option, which saves me from having to iron my button down work shirts. And boy can the dryer get hot! Towels come out fluffy and clothes wrinkle free with the wrinkle shield options. Hopefully we continue to have a trouble free experience over the years!
