A wonderful machine

This dryer makes doing laundry a whirl!

I received this dryer a few weeks ago and I have to admit I now enjoy doing my laundry. My clothes are softer and the wrinkles have been nonexistent due to the tumble feature if you don't take them out of the dryer right away. I am the queen of having that one dress I want to wear in 20 minutes totally wrinkled. The steam feature takes the task of ironing away as you just throw it right in...it's wrinkle free by the time your done applying your make-up. I have an adorable pug that sheds a ridiculous amount of hair...since using my Front Load Gas Steam Dryer my clothes come out hair free as it is all caught in the lint tray. The dryer holds a good amount of laundry as washing my comforter was not a problem for this powerhouse of a dryer. I highly recommend purchasing this dryer...I'm sure you will love it too!

Disappointing Product

I have owned this product one month when a metal on metal tapping sound started. The first serviceman said there was nothing wrong. I called Whirlpool customer care and they sent another serviceman. He found that the drum is defective. I asked Whirlpool to replace the entire appliance but they said no. So the repair company ordered the drum and it too was defective. I am now awaiting for another drum. Three weeks have gone by. I am wishing I had never ordered this product. And Whirlpool should be ashamed that can't give good customer care.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Owned about a month. Where I bought it could not install because it was a gas dryer. It needed to be converted to LP from NG. I also wanted to stack it on the washer. I had to do all of this myself. That became a lot of work. Steam feature is nice. It does help with wrinkles.
