The "load and Go" concept is GREAT! It does what it states, It indicates how much detergent is left in the washer. You may not know how many loads the lighted indicator is saying their is left but you can figure half the lights lite means six loads left. it has never (in the past year) over or under supplied detergent as we have no issues with the cleanliness of the clothes. It also allows you to use power detergent when needed, without having to go through a long process, you just remove the detergent cup (easy). The only issue we have encountered in the past year is not draining ALL water after spin. Apparently the pump filter needs to be cleaned out. I just watched the video and it looks simple enough but why the didn't put the clean out out side the panel like MANY lower end washers do. That was and still is stupid! Overall though this washer is worth every penny we paid. When searching the internet you can find the prices varying by hundreds of dollars so check around. PS--the steam cleaner is great and does a marvelous job without damage to garments. This has to be the best washer we have owned out of about 10 in our marriage. That's a lot of money too, Cannot say enough good!

Great Washer

Had the washer and matching dryer for about a month now. This is not long enough to explore all of the options but we are quite satisfied with how it cleans clothes. Favorite things are the load and go which means you only add detergent once in a great while. It is also easy to program and reasonably swift in completing a load. Negatives are that it is not the quietest machine out there. The spin cycle sounds like a jet about to take off but at least it doesn't vibrate and it still sounds like a high quality piece of machinery.
