This washer has added Beauty and ease to laundry chores

This elegant machine is smart and I have to say the first feature I fell in love with is its automatic soap de spending. I didn't know how much strain it added to doing loads of laundry until I no longer had to heft-up the bottle of liquid or fumble with powder and avoid the dust of the detergent spills which are just inevitable. So I load the entire bottle one time now and my wWjirlpool washer adds the soap whenI choose the type of load I am washing. the digital indicator and the uber-easy turn selector are another feature that makes me like this model.overall, I chose this model for it ratio of water to emery saving. I like that it can use a little bit of energy (top energy star rating) and use a little more water when I needed.My new water-wise washing machine was delivered justBefore Christmas. And it gave a error message warning that I had put the water evacuation tube (!)in the wrong drain. Wow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wow, do we love this new washer/dryer set--it's a cinch to do laundry with all the updated features: We love the interchangeable detergent dispenser cartridges, (we got an extra one to swap in for our athletic gear detergent), and have noticed we're using far less detergent with the automatic dispenser. The Fan Fresh is perfect for those "oops, it's bedtime but I want to wear that tomorrow" moments, the timer readout is helpful, the controls are user-friendly, and we like using the EcoBoost whenever possible. Best of all, the kids are highly motivated to do their own laundry on these super cool machines.

Drum broke in less than 3 years

Bought ours in 01/2016. Had been working fine when started hearing a squeaky sound. Part of rubber boot had started coming off. When I pulled it back, found a crack in the plastic surrounding the drum. Would have cost more to fix than to get a new washer. Hope for other's sake that ours was an exception. It definitely only earned one star.

L& D Company has done a good job to install the washing machine. And the product run very well also. Thanks you to all the people, and had done a good job.

Less than five years old and doesn’t work

We bought this washer (minus a few features) in 2014. We have had mold all through the detergent dispenser, we keep getting sensor error messages, my husband did the daunting task of cleaning the front drain (why on earth is it designed so that you have to take the whole front of the washer apart to access the drain?!?!), and then it does one or two loads max and then gives the error messages again and stops working. I loved the ease of use but I am very disappointed that I am buying a new washer in less than five years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Black mold issue

we have been battling severe black mold in the entire machine (soap area, inside area, drum, etc. It’s smells awful and is dangerous to our young family.
