LOAD AND GO DETERGENT CARTRIDGE LIGHT WONT WORK!!

First i want to say i really do like my whirlpool.. not sure if anyone else has had this issue or no????when i fill my load and go cartridge when its empty my red light does not come on at all so i know when to add detergent and it fills with water??? i have had the whirlpool tech come out and he has replaced four parts already and now my front control panel and some kind of harness will be replaced and if that does not work he said my issue will be given to the engineering department.. my washer is just months old.. has anyone had this issue yet????????????????

Best of 2015 models

Had to replace 10 yr old front-load. Originally bought a popular competitor model but it was flimsy and wrecked clothes. The Whirlpool has a much better overall build quality. However, you can never see any water in these 2015 models and clothes come out with pilling and looking worn out. Energy guide requirements have gone too far. Cycles have no memory of your last settings.

My washer was delivered a month ago, easy install and operation. I really like the convenience of the load and go feature. Less fumbling for soap and pods

I am very pleased with the machine but it is missing some of the functions of our previous model (options for silk and wool). We are pleased with the performance and are very happy with the quality of this washer.

1st front load washer

Bought both washer and dryer 3 weeks ago. Had to have service come back out to fix horrible rattle in dryer. Apparently a screw wasn't tightened on the inside housing. Both work very well and I am satisfied with how well the washer uses so much less water than my top load and spins the clothes almost dry. Washer is a little shaky when spinning, but at the speed it is going around I can see why.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had received this machine 3 months ago after being disappointed by another company & model. I gave it a chance, and I absolutely love my very 1 st front loader machine. My clothing is so clean and almost dry coming out and whisper quiet. The automatic soap despencer is a dream and totally goof proof. Also the extra hot setting for really dirty items. My 11 year old son does his own laundry that's how simple. :-).
