Had it a month and have not been able to get leaking door fixed. Two visits already and nothing done.Thinking about taking it back to dealer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Load & Go!

When my new washer & dryer were first delivered, I received the wrong model (95 versions). I was pretty happy with the performance of the older model (95 version) since the drum light went off after a few seconds, and the washer worked well. However, I am loving the newer version (this 97 model with the Load & Go) even more since I discovered I can add a few loads' worth of detergent without having to re-add it to each wash. This makes back to back washing a lot easier and faster. Turning off the drum light was kind of tricky, as well as determining the concentration (2x vs 4x, etc.) of my detergent, which did not specify the concentration on the label. The extra large capacity of this washer is a huge benefit for me. I can wash a lot more clothes/linens at a time now.

Great volume and options

I love the LED light and large capacity. The soak function is so nice to have on a front loader. So many options with materials (e.g. whites, bulky, normal, etc.) So pleased with my purchase.

I'm a mechanical engineer. My schoolmate designs these washers and I asked him what to get. After he gave me an opinion, I did some of my own research and pulled the trigger. What a remarkable device. I washed my greasy coveralls and work jacket for the first time and they are as clean as new. The machine seems very well built and very intelligent. Remarkably quiet, thanks to the direct drive. It stays in balance and will not shake. Buying online was great and delivery was a breeze. I am a happy customer.

Great appliance

I purchased this model specifically for the drum size. I also love the fan fresh and the washing options. the quiteness is very nice since we tend to do laundry at night.There was a issue with the detergent dispenser but it has been taken care of. im very happy with the washer and dryer.

Manual? Who needs a Manual!?

We've had this washer for almost two weeks now. Its very intuitive and easy to use. Didn't need to read the manual except to know what two functions meant. ITS extremely simple. The tones the machine makes are smooth and not annoying like an old phone ringing. The washer on spin cycle is the quietest I've ever heard. I LOVE the quick wash feature, if I'm in need of something in under an hour, from wash to dry. The washer is bigger, and the door sticks out farther than the nozzle. Measure and measure again, and allow for extra space. We did measure and i ended up having to move the bi-fold-door track out 1/2" to make the door close. Its amazing,.
