Great little All in one

I have had this printer for about a month now and i havent had any problems with it the scanner is good the ink is really cheap and its really to set up, the only bad things about this printer is that its quite loud and the printing is slow but that doesnt really bother me, and i also think the photo quality can be better
I would recommend this to a friend!

The printer is great once you figure out how to work out the bugs.
Once you put in the ink and print the sample page you feel happy. "Hey I got the printer working!" However, the feeling quickly goes away when the last page of ANYTHING you print has a not-so-nice fading ink effect.
Go ahead and pay someone to look at it and knock it around, they all do it.
Once it's fix, its relatively decent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Inferior Product

This machine is basically a toy for printing photos. Useless for business. Print quality is inferior to anything I have seen in the last several years. My husband picked it up for me this morning to replace an HP 1600 that just quit, and I'm already trying to find someone to buy it off of me at a loss.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Clever machine

I have been running a C4480 for about 6mnths now and am very pleased with its pefomance.scanning=great.copying =Great
Text printing =great. Photo printing=great.
superb pics and easy 2use software.I love it. thats the pros.!
the cons! all i can find is it dosn't like 6x4, card thickness paper,.slipps, thats the only problem i have found.also inks are a bit expensive. otherwise iam very happy with it..marks out of 100= 88. I'd only change it for a upgade to a wyffi model.

Less than average photo quality

I had a competitors product which I thought was expensive to run, so I returned it and bought 4480, however, now I find that the picture quality of this printer on best setings are not as good..the software included with this printer is very basic..I don't understand why the pictures are printed at 600x600 resolution..Is there no way to increase the print resolution to 4800 which the specs say.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why buy a Printer

My previous printer worked extremly well with my HP computer but my HP printer Software seems more inclined to sell me online printing that to actual help me to print. So why buy a printer because I enjoy printing my own photos, documents and letters. Or I used to now if I change from printing A4 to printing postcard the printer ignores the instructions from the computor and rejects the paper as the wrong size sometimes it prints more than one print job at the same time leaving you with completly un readable document I would not buy HP again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Printed well for a few months then black failed despite replacing cartridge; scanning could never send data to computer, could only photocopy.
