Disappointment

I'v had this refrigerator about five years, the ice maker never work good and three day ago it quit. After that the temperature started rising in the freezer and refrigerator. Today the appliance repairman said I should buy another refrigerator!

We started getting frost buildup in the fridge after 5 years, and the fridge wouldn't cool properly. I would have thought GE would last much longer.

I bought this 7 years ago and now it is dead. 2600 for a frig that was nothing but trouble. To top it off the racks in the freezer kept falling out no matter what we tried. We tried many fixes but never helped. Today I am going tour to buy a new frig The profile fits perfectly in my spot but I’m afraid to buy another ge ):

Terrible quality

I bought this refrigerator new and it has broken yet again. I've had to schedule several repairs within the past 8 years and it will no longer cool again. It has cost way too much money to own this product. There is also a mold issue with this refrigerator. So disappointed, will not purchase a GE appliance again.

Completely Disappointed!

We were so excited for our new GE Profile refrigerator because of it's good looks and the GE name, that we looked past the substandard ice maker. Then it started happening. It leaked a rusty liquid inside the refrigerator side. It stopped cooling twice. The ice maker had to be replaced. And once again, it has stopped cooling. I am beyond disappointed in this GE!

Built in Flaws

This refrigerator had a built in flaw. Water condensed in the refrigerator portion which created mold. I had a GE repairman say there was nothing he could do and I should buy a new refrigerator. I’m reluctant to buy another from GE.

Bad Design

Same issues as the other post from DVJones. Water condensing in the refrigerator side that creates Mold. Had several repairman tell me its working fine (Temp sensors, defrost cycle, compressor, etc.). I will be buying a new Refrigerator as this one is just past extended warranty time and I am not sure I will feel comfortable with another GE...

Garbage! Don’t buy it

I bought this refrigerator PSCS5RGXCFSS in 2016. After just 5 years it started with a lot of issues. First the inverter, then the compressor and now the motherboard … I’m done! Tons of money wasted in this refrigerator
