Express chill drawer failing apart

Purchased this refrigerator model approximately 5 years ago. The refrigerator malfunctioned after less than 2 years; was repaired luckily I had extended warranty, Called out tech multiple times for water pulling under express cool drawer; issue just continues. Express cool drawer fell apart was replaced now falling apart again. I had a previous ge model for over 15 years without any issues.

Shells are not holding. Its leaking so much I had to replace flooring in whole kitchen.
