Great people to deal with. We bought the extended warranty and there was a few questions as to what the problem was with the unit that we bought, after that, they sent us a new one and it is running perfectly.
So glad my dentist recommended it because it is really really changed my teeth and gums!

I gave this product 4 stars for one reason only, (otherwise I would have given it 5 stars) the brushes do not last very long and they are not cheap. The overall product is great. It does a fantastic job at brushing teeth and holding a charge.
Pros: holds a long charge
Cons: the blue area on the brushes fade too quick

I use my Sonicare toothbrush twice a day and recently went in for my annual professional cleaning and was out of there in ten minutes. The hygienist comment was "that was the easiest cleaning procedure she had done in months".
Pros: ease of use, great results
Cons: price of replacement heads

i have purchased many different brands of toothbrushes but this is the greatest by far. i really like the many options and my teeth and mouth feel extremely clean.

I was perfectly happy with this brush, but yesterday when I went to use it it just gives a brief click, the lights on the bottom briefly flash on and then back off, and it won't run. A previous Sonicare that I had worked fine for many years until the batteries gradually lost their oomph and I couldn't figure how to replace them. But I am disgusted with this latest brush because it didn't last well. I bought it from a local dentist on June 29, 2009, so the 2 year warranty has conveniently expired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the brush, hate the sanitizer

I have owned this toothbrush for several years now and have no complaints about it, except the UV sanitizer. The design doesn't allow water to drain off and you have to constantly clean it to keep mold from growing in the tray.
I would recommend this to a friend!
