disappointing

I love this product but had to return it in dec after 6mos and again two weeks ago. It died both times. The new one that was sent out last week came faulty and has started dying. Interestingly the original purchase came with two brushes and the first is still going strong. I really hope that this can be resolved. The customer service folks have been helpful and kind so I am hopeful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reliable toothbrush

After a year, the battery life is still good. The button to change the cycle length is right next to the power button, so you need to be careful not to inadvertently change modes. Disinfection feature is convenient and easy to use. Only downside is that replacement brushes are very expensive.

Cons: expensive replacement brush heads

At my first dental cleaning after using my Sonicare FlexCare toothbrush, the hygienist said (upon looking at my teeth before the cleaning), 'Well, my job is gonna be easy today.' She had to do very little cleaning on my teeth, which proves that this toothbrush does a fantastic job. I highly recommend this product.

Overall, I very much like my toothbrush & different brushing options. I wish it weren't so easy to accidentally hit off button while brushing.
Cons: off button too easy to touch while i'm still using

amazing how much cleaner your teeth feel after going from a regular toothbrush to a sonicare. Very easy to use. I love the uv cleaner, when one of us has a cold we use it after we brush to keep the germs to a minimum.
