Easy to use-my teeth actually feel cleaner afterwards.

My dentist recommended an electric toothbrush because of continuing problems with plaque and tender gums that bleed during bi-annual cleanings. My Phillips makes brushing easier, especially in reaching the back areas of my mouth.
I do find that using it more than once or twice a day is too harsh on my gums, though, so I alternate between a regular brush and my sonicare.

Toothbrush works great. Have used other brands Phillips is the best !! Only complaint is the sanitizer makes a loud noise even when not in use.
Pros: makes my mouth feel clean
Cons: sanitizer make alot of noise

This is my second Sonicare and I am very pleased with it. It is a little challenging to exchange the brush heads, however. Since it is meant to be a shared product, you would think that would be easier. My wife gave up on it as it wasn't worth the struggle. I love it.
Pros: reduced my bleeding points score at my dentist
Cons: hard to exchange brush heads

Accidently removed a filling during second use

I find myself holding the brush with my thumb on the button so the program is changed at random.
The beast also removed a filling during the second use - when it was being gentle.
Cleaner feeling in whole of mouth.

This is absolutely the worst Sonicare toothbrush I've bought! It is poorly designed and it's virtually impossible to brush your teeth without changing speed or shutting it off. I would not recommend that anyone waste their money on this unit!
