Keeping the brush head clean is a breeze with this new design. No crusty, ganky, goo hiding under rubber gaskets. Blech!
I appreciate the "sensitive" setting, as I've just had my wisdom teeth removed and am finding the "normal" brush is a bit too vigerous.
"Touch-up" is perfect for clearing up what we call nappy breath (curious that nappy breath is grosser than morning breath....)
The only thing I can think of which would make this toothbrush better is if there were a bit of eronomic tilt to the brush head.
Pros: compact, holds charge a long time, easy to clean

Highly recommended for all users, but especially for anyone with gum issues as this product effectively manages dental care for the entire mouth. I have been able to control periodontal disease with the flex care toothbrush because it is able to massage the gum areas much better than a normal toothbrush.

Excellent cleaning

SoniCare is the most efficient tooth brush I have used. My first one did not last as long as I had hoped. I needed to replace it with another version of the same. I am not as happy with the way I can switch from one mode to another. Overall it is a great toothbrush.
Pros: efficiency
Cons: the manner of switching from one setting to anothe

Brushing mechaism is good the difficult to clean base and holder. Need to use q-Tip

It concerns me not enough information is given about the using of the product by the maker. I was better educated with use by my dental hygenist than the product maker. This was very concerning to me, since finding out you can do as much damage as you can do good!
Cons: the dual set should be able to be separated.
