The design is fantastic. The UV germ killer function works very well, perfect for a germ filled bathroom environment. The battery life is excellent a full charge lasts for weeks. Philips makes quality products.

The Philips design team needs to rethink the power button location.

I simply cannot hold and operate this toothbrush without inadvertently pressing the power button switch during the brushing operation. The brush timing features are noteworthy and important for setting the brush operation duration for effective brush performance. Pressing the power button accidently during the brush operation defeats the built in timer feature. It drives me crazy! I have tried holding the handle higher or much lower to avoid pressing the power button, but the brushing becomes akward. It shouldn't be this difficult to operate a simple toothbrush!
i thought you would send me coupons for replacement brushes.
Pros: good dr. visits
Cons: replacement cost of brushes

I've my sonicare flexcare for the last 3 months. I that time its does a great job in cleaning my teeth and improving my gum heath. Its advanced design cleans the hardest places to reach. The 3 modes on my sonic toothbrush offers me different routines to use throughout the day. Great product!
The toothbrush works well and allows me to use more toothpaste than other brands. Unfortunately, the way the toothbrush is designed, the brush head has to be pulled off the unit with a bit of force. The locking mechanism, that holds the brush on, usually breaks after a few months. Perhaps a release button would help? We are now on our third tooth brush in less than two years. I must add, though, that Phillips replaced the last set, free of charge as it was still in warranty.
