I have used Sonicare for over 10 years it lasted that long! But I finally had to give in and purchase a new one, so I bought the one with the massage feature and I am thrilled with this one. My mouth never felt so clean and fresh. Keep up the good work Sonicare!!

Love the timer. It's the fastest two minutes ever. Teeth and gums feel awesome and clean.Even after flossing this toothbrush removes the last bit of food/plaque stuck in my teeth. Highly recommend.

I love my Phillips Sonicare toothbrush. Don't know why I waited so long to get one. My teeth and gums feel much better than when I used a regular brush. My dental hygienist regularly compliments me on the condition of my teeth and gums and attributes this to the Phillips Sonicare. The only issue I've had is with the metal extension where the brush us attached. It became loose after almost two years use, but Phillips sent me a new unit at no cost.
Pros: easy to use attractive and effective
Cons: durability of metal shaft

Does the job quite well

The toothbrush works well and has improved our gum health. It is easy to use and leaves a pleasant, clean feel. The only problem I see is that it is too easy to hit the Power button with one finger while brushing, and this stops the machine before its time is up.
Also, both of us use it and so the battery must be re-charged rather frequently.
The brushes do not last for three months, as advertised, and they are rather expensive.
I would recommend this to a friend!
