This is my second sonicare toothbrush and I absolutely love it. My teeth and entire mouth feel so clean after I use it. I love the different selections that can be made for brushing. I find that the timing feature that pauses after 30 seconds is a wonderful way to make sure each mouth quadrant is getting adequate attention. I would definitely recommend this to any one thinking about trying an electric toothbrush. My mouth feels dentist clean after every use.
Cons: sometimes the settings change while brushing

The battery lasts forever. No need to take a charger on a trip lasts more than 2 weeks.

I love the way it brushes and fact is you do not really need to do much but put toothpaste on and gently let toothbrush get to all teeth. I find it's actually better not to apply pressure or use brushing motion.
Only downside is the toothbrush seems to lose its mojo after about a year of use. When new, you really feel it's cleaning teeth. Not sure it makes sense but after a year or so, it seems it's more vibration/noise and less cleaning.
Pros: best brusher when working like it should, takes little effort
Cons: loses power/efficiency over time

The only caution is the use it with a hand. If you press too hard, it can make your teeth sensitive.
I like how it cleans many of the areas a person misses with a regular toothbrush.
Pros: you can use less toothpaste
Cons: should use a light pressure
