That is the third Phillips product I have purchased, happy with the results.

I purchased a Sonicare toothbrush and as always was happy with the results. Within the first week when I took the brush off to place in the sanitizer the middle pin in the toothbrush came out with the brush and I had to return the toothbrush to the PX. I sent a review at that time and shared this same information. I purchased another toothbrush and it worked fine for three months. I went to the PX and bought 3 new brushes and the same thing happened with the middle pin. The new toothbrush was very tight and when I removed it to place in the sanitizer the middle pin was pulled out with the brush. The PX took the toothbrush and pack of open brushes back. I’m not sure a store on the outside would have taken the time to listen to me. Although this brush was recommended by my dentist and other models have worked better in terms of lasting, I will not purchase another Phillips product.
Pros: the product provides good oral care.
Cons: the design needs to be improved.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped Working

After a couple of years this toothbrush stopped working. It would not charge.
Pros: good when it works.
Cons: life of the product was poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All the features of this product works very well for us, particularly the the gum massage. We cant go without it.

I bought this 2 years ago and love it plus I got a Water Pic; when used together trips to the dentist for cleaning are much easier.

The design of this toothbrush is very poor. There are way too many speeds on it (5 in all), and it's impossible to not change the speed in the middle of brushing your teeth because the speed selector button is right where most people hold the toothbrush when brushing their teeth (you can go from clean, to sensitive, to massage, too go care, and max care). I am not very happy with this product, and would liked the original Sonicare much more than this one.
Cons: poor design, too many speeds, speed selector button is in an ackward place
