no issues with these so far, dont anticipate any. Thanks again. Just went to dentist & they said "teeth look good!"
Pros: always ready to use even if unplugged
Cons: keeping it clean/bacteria free when things collect

What a System

This is the finest product of this sort I have ever owned and I have owned and used several before purchasing the Phillips.
I especially appreciate the travel case that makes taking the Phillips everywhere so easy.
Since beginning use of the Phillips product my teeth are cleaner, according to my dentist and my breath fresher.
Thank you for creating such a complete and dependable dental care system. Now, please tell me where I can find brush heads at a discount :)
Pros: ther are too many to list
Cons: brush heads are expensive

Love everything about this product

I have had Sonicare toothbrushes since they first came out. My current model is the flexcare which has the cleaner attached. I am looking to purchase the same model; however I now have a live-in partner. I do not want to have to plug in two separate units. I would like to see Phillips come out with the flexcare model which will hold two toothbrushes on the unit with only one plug in cord.

Cleans deep with choices of massages.
Great for quick cleaning when late.
Slim, very easy to use.

although the toothbrush works, what the company does not let you know is how hard it is to get parts. We have the bruch with uv sanitizer. It came with a round brush we like, but when you go to buy a new brush you can only get a long bruch that doesn't get behind the front teeth. You should be able to buy the pieces and parts (including the sanitizer)as needed.
Pros: smooth to use
Cons: cant replace original parts
