I have not experienced this new toothbrush since it is for my
husband who will not participate in a survey. He uses it 2 or
3 times a week and seems extremely happy. The hygienist
had recommended this toothbrush after cleaning his teeth
which had not been brushed properly.

I can honestly say that my teeth are a brighter white. My dentist has also noticed the difference during my regular cleanings that the plaque build up from food and caffeinated beverages has significantly been reduced! My gums are definitely healthier as a result of using this product. I have learned how important oral hygiene plays a roll in overall health.
Pros: makes you want to brush your teeth
Cons: replacement brush heads are costly.

I use it without reading the manual. May be I'll have to read it when there is any problem. I haven't used the UV cleaning yet.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: bulky with uv clean

Swear by it to get my teeth clean but has reliability issues

As a toothbrush this is by far the best. After you have have used it once you will never go back to a regular toothbrush. As soon as you move your tongue over your teeth they will feel cleaner; a bit like after you come from a dental cleaning. Also better than some of the other electric toothbrushes I have used.
However, it tends to break down. In our house all four of us use it and I have had to replace three of the handles so far. The kids ones the attachment to the head comes lose and stops working and in the adult one it completely malfunctions starting and stopping on its on (can be creepy at night). Their warranty replaced all the broken handles. Even with these issues I still use it so it must be good :)
Pros: leave your teeth very clean, charge lasts a long time, timer is very useful, children love it
Cons: reliability
