I have really liked the change to Sonicare! I never used an electric toothbrush before, so I was a little hesitant. No worries though and it has really been good. I had some issues with bleeding gums in the past, but Sonicare has helped me onto the path of healthy gum management. I no longer dread the trip to the dentist. This is a really good product.
Pros: charge lasts 2 weeks, really cleans harder to reach areas, proper angles for brushing are easily achieved

Using Philips Sonicare toothbrush makes my teeth feel cleaner and whiter. It also seems effortless to brush and yet the results are very evident. I get better check ups at the Dentist too. Thank you Philips for the best toothbrush ever!
Pros: effortless cleaning
Cons: doesn't last very long

The travel charger and toothbrush do not fit into the travel case. The toothbrush does not get dry when put into the sanitizer.
Pros: really cleans your teeth!
Cons: toothbrush does not dry in the sanitizer, items do not all fit into travel case.

I have had the flexcare for six months. Unfortunately i was unaware of the valuable warranty inside the box. But seeing as the unit has broken, near the top, the metal part that rotates the bristle got very loud and today it is so loud that I turned it off to save my ears the torture. I will look for a similar brand but less expensive. Feel like I wasted my money due to lack of longevity of the brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this toothbrush. I have used sonicare for years and had an older larger model which finally died after years of use. This model is lightweight and easy to use. My teeth feel so clean after using my sonicare and my dentist cleanings are a breeze. If you are on the fence about purchasing one I would say go for it! I am not sure if the different "modes" really make a difference but either way it is a great product.
