You'll never go back to a regular toothbrush!

I love my electric toothbrush! You'll never go back to a regular toothbrush once you try it. I have had a few issues and needed a replacement a while back, back I contacted Phillips and they helped me out. They sent me a new toothbrush and instructed me to send the old one back. Great costumer service!
Pros: super clean feeling!

I like all the brushing options via the various modes and the ability to stearilize the toothbrush head with the UV light. The only downside is it's easy to accidently shut it off or change the mode because of the placement of the buttons when I'm holding the brush. The buttons are too easy to change. However, overall it's a great toothbrush.
Pros: lots of brushing options
Cons: too easy to accidently shut off

Unfortunately there is a small defect in my new product that I wanted to let you know - when i place the tooth brush head for UV Light Sanitation, it does not feet properly (as it wasn't in my old model of the same tooth brush), and brush head leans and touches the UV source.

This toothbrush keeps my teeth very clean and helps my gums so I dont have problems with my gingivits.
Pros: my gums never bleed.

I really like this toothbrush! I immediately noticed a difference at the dentist's office - my teeth were not only cleaner, but I had fewer cavities and healthier gums! A tip to keep the battery last longer - only charge the toothbrush when it is needed, not everyday because when the battery dies, you will need to get a new toothbrush (there's no way to replace the battery).
Pros: great cleaning
Cons: once battery dies there is no way to replace it

The only issue are the toothbrush heads don't seem to clean well with the UV light accessory. Wish the bristles would appear clean.
