I enjoy using my Sonicare toothbrush.It gives my teeth & gums a really clean & invigorated feeling,after using.
This is my second Sonicare.It replaced my previous Sonicare Elite,which I used for several years.
I am happy with my new "up-graded" FlexCare,which I know will last for several years of "Happy Brushing".

east to use with little effort and great results

I purchased the Philips Sonicare FlexCare Rechargeable sonic toothbrush HX6932/10 3 modes 2 brush heads 1 soft travel case with UV brush head Sanitizer under the recommeddation of my oral hygenist. This was a great recommendation! My teeth are definitely cleaner and it takes no effort to use this product. I also greatly appreciate the sanitizer feature helping to eliminate growing bacteria concern on a typical toothbrush. Thank you for creating such an effictive tool for improved oral hygene.

High price and early failure outweigh improved performance.

We have Braun Oral-B toothbrushes that have lasted for years. In fact, I've never owned one that has failed. I believe the Philips Sonicare does a better job at cleaning teeth and massaging gums, as well it should at three times the price, but it lasted less than two years. Fourtunately, the unit was replaced under warranty and we'll have to wait and see how long the replacement lasts.
Pros: excellent cleaning performance
Cons: price, short life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great for a short time

I really liked the way this toothbrush cleaned. I liked that I could sanitize and replace the brush. I liked that it was timed so I would always brush for the recommended time.
I only wished it would have lasted longer than 2 years and 3 months. Since it had a 2 year warranty, I am out of luck for getting it replaced. I just think it was too much money to pay for such a short life span. In addition, I bought extra heads which were also pricey.
I'm giving the design a poor rating because the unit stopped working after too short a time. If what happened to my brush isn't the norm, I would highly recommend it. I just can't justify spending the money to replace it every couple years.
Pros: worked great, sanitized, timed brushing
Cons: expensive, short lifespan
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE the way my teeth feel after brushing with this toothbrush. Love the UV feature. One complaint is that my first one quit working because too much water got down in around the metal part that fits into the brush head, but Philips was fantastic and sent me a replacement immediately and now I just make sure I dry that part off after I brush. Good customer service, too!

The only toothbrush that makes your teeth feel totally clean. It did stop working for some reason before the year was up but customer service did send a replacement very quickly and all is well for now.

I've owned a few sonicares over the last 8+ years & I love the healthy white best--I use the sensitve mode & the 'easy to clean' replacement brush is the best!
