Best Toothbrush Ever!

My husband and I both decided to try the Philips Sonicare, and we are both so happy we did. This toothbrush, if you can even call it that, it is in it's own class really, is the best thing you can get next to a professional dental cleaning. After using it for only one month, I had an scheduled dental cleaning, and my hygienist noticed a difference immediately. So all in all, if you want that dentist clean feel everyday, I highly highly recommend this product!

This product difficult to remove brush heads.

After several months of use the individual tooth brush heads become difficult to pull off. Love the sanitizer feature, but this it the second one in three years and both have had similar problems.
Cons: removing toothbrush heads is difficult

This product holds it charge a long time. This is useful for someone that tends to forget to put it back on the base.
Cons: the angling of the brush head could be angled more

Cleans the teeth beautifully but has significant mechanical faults

I got braces at age 47. So I bought this toothbrush. It cleaned my teeth beautifully and I loved it. Problem is after a few months the head got out of alignment and the brush didn't work anymore. Phillips customer service were very good and replaced it. Then after a few more months - the unit stopped working for some unknown reason and Phillips replaced it again. Then finally, the 3rd toothbrush head became misaligned and it didn't brush the teeth properly. I was too fed up to bother reporting it to Phillips and just put the toothbrush away and spent the last 2 months of my braces with a regular toothbrush. I miss my Phillips but it was incredibly frustrating these mechanical issues of which I am sure they are aware of.
