Love the UV sanitizer. Havent been sick since I started using this product. This is the second one I have purchased. The first unit I purchased the metal piece that holds the brush head on pulled out of the unit & got so bad it could not be put back in and stay for a 2 minute cycle. So if this issue arises with this unit I will definately change my review.

Excellent dental cleaning machine, rich in features

This toothbrush has evolved in the last few years into an engineering marvel. It is a pleasure to use, safe, promotes healthy hygene and has recently become very light to hold. The low weight is excellent on flight, where a committed carry-on passenger counts ounces. A separate travel charging unit goes in the bag, while the full-feature charger/UV santizing station stays home. I took off one design point because as I hold the brush handle, my fingers sometimes push the mode button accidentally, changing mode in mid-brush. Fortunately, I have learned to toggle it back to my intended mode. Slightly recessing that button to differentiate a holding grip from intentionally pushing that button might be considered as a future engineering solution. However, the buttons are large, ergonomic and waterproof, thus almost great!
Pros: lightweight; fabulous for travelers
Cons: easy to accidentally push mode button

I have no complaints about my toothbrush. Works like a dream and I love the different speed options and design of brush and power charger. Service department was very helpful when my wife's toothbrush had promblems and sent her a new toothbrush free of charge in just a couple of days. That kind of service will keep me /wife coming back when necessary. Thank you. Don
