I've loved using Sonicare toothbrushes for many years, and that Phillips is good about replacing the unit when they wear out, good customer support is hard to find these days.
The toothbrush works well and my dental checkups have improved since using it. One of the handles I purchased lost power after 6 months. I contacted customer service and a replacement was sent to me immediately.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent in every way, but electronics failed in just 6 months. Started out by beeping when placed in the charging cradle. Then switch would not turn on or off when first pressed. Unit would sometimes start on its own. After a few hours the unit would not turn on at all. Returned to point of purchase and received full refund. Have ordered another unit of same model and hope I had a fluke failure.
When we went on vacation, I left my electric toothbrush at the hotel! I compared every model I could find, and this one is the best product at the best price.
I initially had a Sonicare toothbrush and the battery would no longer charge. At the time, I could not afford to buy a new one and I went out and bought a manual toothbrush. I was so disappointed by how my teeth did not feel clean at all. I came across a great deal to get a new Sonicare toothbrush and love it. I am so happy I purchased it and now my teeth feel so much cleaner.

Cleans teeth great with minimal effort

This took a bit getting used to but now I love the toothbrush. I like the different settings. I feel it cleans my teeth better than a regular toothbrush.
