The product maintains a full power charge at all times. Performs best in class...appreciate the UV sanitizer feature...was recommended by my dentist.
Pros: holds full charge/maintains power

need longer performance life

A toothbrush that costs between 130 and 150 dollars should last more than 3 years. I had recieved this model as a gift, and after 3 years it stopped working.
I purchased a new item and after 3 months it stopped working. I take it the 2nd purchase was a fluke, but I am hoping the performance of the 3rd item lasts longer than the 3 year life of the 1st purchase.
It is a great performer, but it needs more life from someone who maintains it in a gentle and safe manner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

While I love my toothbrush, it is the 2nd one to just stop working within a year of buying it. Phillips replaced the second, but I had not saved the receipt for 1st one (I think now they would gave honored my request). My son's also stopped. This is disappointing for the cost.

I got this product due to my receeding gums and sensitive teeth. Since using this twice a day my gums have stopped receeding and have become less sensitive. My dentist is very happy.

Even though I'm still adjusting to using a sonic toothbrush, I haven't found any reason not to recommend this product to
others. I especially appreciate the dentist clean feel I get after
each brushing with this rechargeable sonic toothbrush. I don't
have any senitive areas in my mouth, but the Easy start feature
was a nice introduction to sonicare brushing.

Great dental hygiene made easy!

Got rid of my gum problems. Can't stand manual brushing anymore. It's like the difference between washing dishes by hand and having them cleaned in the dishwasher. My teeth are just cleaner. Period.
Pros: easy to use and kids use it too
Cons: some folks don't like the vibration
