This is not my first Sonicare tooth-brush. I've actually had three over the past 20 years. I'll purchase more as needed.

This isn't my first Sonicare tooth-brush. I've purchased at least three over the past 15 plus years. My dentist suggeseted the use of this product years ago to keep my gums from receeding. It's worked so far and I've received a Gold Star on each six month visit to my dentist. I'll purchase more as needed in the future.
Pros: excellent results and a gold star from my dentist, my first one lasted 10-years.
Cons: less durable then earlier model, the ones after only 2-plus yrs.!
This is our 3rd Sonicare in our family! We LOVE it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Phillips Sonicare Elite

I absolutely love my Phillips Sonicare Elite toothbrush but I am having a serious problem liking the new bristle section that was obviously cut back to save manufacturing money. Phillips has made a serious mistake in re-engineering the bristle end of the replacement brushes. Isn't there some way to go back to the replacement brushes that had the longer bristle sections? My ratings above would all go to fives if Phillips would go back to the old replacement brush.
My teeth are so much cleaner since I started using this toothbrush. It has a lot of features in regards to what the toothbrush can be used for such as gum health and refreshing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product. Had problem with brush breaking and mold growing in cleaning section. Spoke with customer service, they replaced both (under warranty) and explained that, after you run the ultrasonic cleaner, you must wipe the inside due to the moisture. I think anything involving an appliance that involves water and your mouth should not have areas where mold can get under. Just my thought.
Pros: teeth feel clean, feel like my brush is cleaner than normal, they honor their warranty
Cons: mold can develop if you're not careful
I would recommend this to a friend!

An expensive model that breaks consistently

Although this model was recommended by my dentist I must abandon it. I have purchased TWO models in the last eighteen months and both have broken. It is too expensive of a model to continuously repurchase so, I will go back to Braun. My husband received his Braun as a gift six years ago and has never had a problem.
Pros: recommended by my dentist
Cons: i have had two break in the past eighteen months
