This product has great features, but unfortunately they don't last long

I bought this product not even a year ago and the brush sanitizer stopped working. This is upsetting when you spend so much money on a product and have an important part of it breakdown in such a short time.
Pros: ease of use
Cons: features don't last
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

have been using Sonicare tooth brushes for the past 25+ years, but this model is superior in every way. i love the 3 brushing modes. Feels like I just had my teeth professionally cleaned with every use.
Pros: ergonomically designed
Cons: none

First, my teeth and gums have never felt or been cleaner. It is very comfortable in the hand and extremely easy to use. It's constantly fun to use and is even good looking. My only issue, and it's significant, is how prone it is to gunking up and mildew. I have to bleach clean it regularly which is an obvious hassle. I do recommend this brush but be ready to work hard on keeping it clean and to pay handsomely for replacement brush heads.

I have reservations

Just had my six month dental cleaning I was told my teeth looked great. My reservation: I bought one for my family and one for my daughters family. We have had to return our product three times and my daughter has returned hers five times. Is it poor QC or a poor and cheap internal design?
Pros: good for sjogren's syndrom oral health.
Cons: reliability is questionable.
