Works well, easy to handle, easily recharged, mode switch is actuated inadvertently frequently - switch button needs a redesign or relocation. An improvement over the older Philips model I had.

Best Toothbrush Ever.

This toothbrush changed my life. I am very lucky to have a beautiful smile; however, due to tooth sensitivity, it has always been a fight for me. I had to go to my dentist every four months instead of the regular every six. I would try any toothbrush, toothpaste and floss I thought would help to end the fight. Thanks to this toothbrush I don’t have to use special toothpaste due to the sensitivity, I have no gum disease for the first time that I can remember, and my teeth healthier than ever before. Thank You! Thank You!
Pros: dvd ease of use product promise holds true!
Cons: price but worth every penny!

I just purchased this toothbrush. It works really well. I had a problem with the sanitizer and we trouble shooted it via live chat and then resolved to replace it under the warranty.
The on off button is right below where i rest my thumb so i turn off the machine too early but i think that is user error and i just need to adjust.

It's a good, basic electric toothbrush. I haven't been able to get it to do any of the extra stuff it's supposed to, but maybe that's just me. I haven't really tried that hard. But once you have an electric toothbrush, you'll never go back to manual.
