I was amazed (after finally getting the correct number for my problem) at how quickly you acted upon my issue and how kind your staff was over the telephone. I would never hesitate to purchase Sonicare (toothbrush) or any Sonicare product again in the future. If only I got this kind of response from all the manufacturers I must deal with on a day to day basis. Thank you so much!!!!! Frances

I keep hitting the button that selects "massage, normal ..." mode

When I brush, I keep hitting the button that selects the brush mode, i.e. the button that selects the "massage, normal ..." button mode. Please redesign so that this is harder to change while brushing.

This is my second Sonicare, and I love it. With the new features and upgrades, it is much more powerful than my last Sonicare (it was 10 years old when it needed replacing).
At a recent trip to the dentist, my dentist actually said "you can definitely see the difference when people use a Sonicare".
I would highly recommend this product, and I will continue using it forever. Your teeth & mouth are much cleaner than when you use a standard toothbrush.

Obviously more than I ever thought I'd spend on a toothbrush but its pretty amazing. Does a better job than any other toothbrush I've ever used and makes me brush more often.
Highly recommend.

The small brush encourages more brushing because it gets between teeth better. I now use it after every meal because my teeth are moving as I get older and food gets stuck more often.
Also I do not have to keep the toothbruse in the bathroom; I put it on my dresser right outside the bathroom. It seems so much more sanitary.

Good and Not So Good

The #1 reason you want a Sonicare is for great check-ups and in that regard, it gets the job done beautifully. (On my last check-up my dentist was impressed.) But in other areas, I think it's overrated and needs work. Even though I've had mine for a while now, it is still very rough on the gums. I've found the best results by alternating with a regular toothbrush and using the Sonicare about twice a week. This still gets me great check-ups and saves my gums. The other area that needs improvement is design. It looks very cool, but the handle design is very thick and not ergonomic, so its clunky and difficult to manuver well in your mouth, especially with toothpaste and water swirling around. Add to this that the controls on the handle flip easily when you are brushing, so it messes with your settings or sometimes shuts off when you dont want it to. So overall, great for checkups but the design needs work.
Pros: cleans teeth very well, brush sanitizer is a nice feature
Cons: rough on gums, handle design & location of buttons awkward

I ordered this item for my husband and myself upon the recommendation of our dentist. The product was delivered as scheduled and is wonderful. It can be a bit noisy if one person is sleeping while the other is getting ready for work, so close the bathroom door!
