I had been using an Oral-B electronic toothbrush for the past several years. The Sonicare Flexcare toothbrush cleans my teeth much better than my old Oral-B did. I am very pleased with the features and performance of the Sonicare Flexcare toothbrush.

Overall good product. Not as powerful as the model it replaces. Design Flaw: On/Off button too close to end of brush. I accidentally turn it off (sometimes more than once) while brushing since the button is positioned right where my thumb wants to go in order to align the brush to my teeth.
Pros: liked that it came as a complete package.
Cons: design flaw: on/off button position

Good product, but needs a few changes

I like the way the sonicare gets into hard to reach back areas. I like the different settings it has also, message, clean, and quick clean. There are some changes that could make it better for me. I don't like having my tooth brush out on the counter, but it won't fit in my medicine cabinet. It is also very loud. My boyfriend complains about how loud it is when I use it.

I find I brush my teeth longer by using the 4 beep intervals.
My teeth feel much cleaner and I get good comments from my
hygeneist about the care of my teeth. Good teeth helps to
produce better health
Pros: i used one unit for many years
Cons: cost of replacement heads

VERY GOOD CLEANING, EASE OF HANDLING, DURABLE. THE PRODUCT IS NOISY. THE ORIFICE OF THE BRUSH DOES NOT ATTACH FIRMLY TO THE METAL, MALE END.
Pros: very good in cleaning and charging
Cons: noisy. orifice of brush does not hold firmly.

The toothbrush stopped working.

I used the toothbrush for about four months and then I had difficulties getting it started or it would stop working altogether; even after if had been charging for at least three hours. I have used philips toothbrushes before and have had the same probems but not so quickly. they usually last 12 months!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
