I love sonicare toothbrush. I've been using it for 10 years. The only downside is the rubberized handle.

In about 6 months, the rubber handle simply disintegrated and peeled off. Perhaps your Quality Control can look into it and change the material used. Other than this, performance is excellent.

Could not live without my Sonicare!

I have used a Sonicare toothbrush for 15 to 20 years, or whenever Oprah told everyone on her show to use a Sonicare. Don't remember exactly when that show aired, but it was a long, long time ago.
There are 4 people in our household, and everyone has a Sonicare. I think we all feel the same ~ we can't live without it!
Every once in awhile, my Sonicare stops working. I've called the Customer Service Center, they were all still under warrenty, and Sonicare shipped me a new one immediately! What service!
I would recommend this product to everyone who brushes their teeth! Also recommended by my Dental Hygentist.

The sonic care tooth brush is something we could not live without. My only complaint is that the rubber (where the brush attaches to the handle) wears out. One needs to keep the receipt to obtain a replacement (if it is still under warranty)

The pulse that let's you know how long you've been brushing is helpful. Brushing manually it's hard to time how long you're been brushing.
Pros: cleaner teeth, doesn't let you brush too hard
Cons: finding a way to clean the base, mold that grows in the head/base attach area

Really like the design and feel of this toothbrush. And the UV brush head sanitizer is a great option. Makes me feel a lot better (and cleaner) about brush storage. With regular toothbrushes, I was always pressing too hard and my dentist warned me that would hurt my gums. He suggested that I try an electric and rest is history. I highly recommend this toothbrush.
Pros: uv sanitizer is awesome, multiple options
