This is my 2nd Sonicare product. I loved the old one, but this one is so much better. It has more settings; it has the sanitizer; its compact and very much more portable for traveling.
Pros: quality

Fewer dental visits!

I have had much better dental check-ups since using my Philips Sonicare FlexCare Rechargeable toothbrush. I used to have to get my teeth cleaned every three months because of the plac build-up. It is very easy to use and I love that it is re-chargable, so always ready when I need it. I also love the UV brush head sanitizer. I like knowing that my brush is fresh and sanitary every time I use it.
Pros: fast and efficient cleaning.
Cons: it is sometimes hard to clean behind front teeth

I truly love my Sonicare toothbrush from Philips. Since I've started using this toothbrush, my visits to the dentist are a breeze. The toothbrush itself does an excellent job of cleaning which dramatically reduces the cleaning time in the dentist chair.
I love the different settings the toothbrush provides. And the toothbrush itself holds its charge for a remarkably long time. The cleaning unit and charger are an ease to use. If and when this toothbrush breaks, I will definitely purchase another one. This cost is a little expensive, but well worth the results.

I love this tooth brush . I had the old sonicare tooth brush but didn't really like it . It worked good but the head of the tooth brush was to big. This one is perfect !!!! I use it and my teeth feel like I just got out of the dentist office . So clean and they look even whiter ! Love it

Great toothbrush, but refills are exquisitely expensive

I feel that using the Sonicare FlexCare toothbrush has made a big difference in the health of my gums, and has reduced the calculus that the dental hygienist has to scrape out each visit.
The main negative for this toothbrush is the very expensive toothbrush refills. I know that I use the detachable toothbrushes longer than the manufacturer intends, because of their cost.
Pros: easy to use flexible settings
Cons: toothbrush refills are too expensive

Gums are kept healthy

I have been a Philips user for several years. The dental hygenist remarked that my gums were in great condition. I am old so that made me quite happy.
My teeth are very white and I am often asked by rude friends, "Are they your own teeth?"
Yes, thank you..I think.

Overall, the product is outstanding. It is very easy to use and performs great. The only problem with it is the life of the brush heads leaves something to be desired.
Cons: overall life of brush heads is underwhelming
