This is my second Phillips Sonicare and the toothbrush is the best investment I have ever done. The added features and the battery life is the best of all of the competitors. Great job! I will definitely recommend this product to my peers, family and friends.
very respectfully,
Tim

solved my problem

This product has completely resolved a problem I had been having for the past couple of years. I had started getting irritations behind my molars which were hard to resolve even with vigorous brushing. I assumed that it was from teeny pieces of food getting stuck as my teeth ?? shifted with age. As soon as I had gotten one cleared up, another came. I have not had even one of these inflamed pockets in the three months since using this product! I thought it would be inconvenient as I am not a 'gadget person'. It's actually easier than brushing as the product does the work and I can just relax. I am sold and would highly recommend this product.

I splurged this time and got the unit with the UV attachment.... good for piece of mind to know those pesky germs are killed!! :-) The brush itself is very easy to set and use. Great battery life too. I bought it, charged it and it didn't need charged again for about 20 days. And this is with using it twice a day by 2 people! Not bad! So the travel charger is nice.. but not sure when I'll use it.

Good but a design problem

The "Cleaning Selection" button is poorly placed. My wife and I both use the FlexCare and we are continually bumping the selection button and changing the selection. It's too easy to hit the button when you grab the unit.
Pros: good cleaner
Cons: see review above

I see only 1 problem which caused my initial replacement

I had one of these units before. The issue which required me to replace it is the pulling-off of the toothbrush head for cleaning. Eventually, the tab that it connected to on the unit became loose causing a MAJOR vibration in the handle. Perhaps a clip-type locking device (if cost efficient) would eliminate the PULLING on the brush-head in order to remove it. Just my opinion though.
Pros: my dentist was impressed with my check-up., easy to use.
Cons: pulling off the brush head caused eventual damage.
