Changed from Oral B to Phillips. Phillips seems to be better overall. Very happy with product. Don't believe in the UV light cleaning as much.
I would recommend this to a friend!

product works ok the warrantry should be longer since it seems to go a little past the 2 year period. I've been in dentistry 30 years and I know there is a product with a lifetime guarantee that will be my next purchase.

Loved it... until it broke... replaced it, loved it.... it broke again

I bought this product and was stoked about the sanitizer. It was awesome.... until it stopped working within a year. I was able to use my warranty and received a whole new system via mail. Great.... right outside of the year point... the new toothbrush started to malfunction. For the money I paid for a toothbrush, I would think it could last for more than 13 months. I will not be purchasing another one. I was given a different brand and that has helped up for more than a year.
Like the design, features, and feel of this cordless toothbrush over the older, heavier, thicker model. The new model appears to be stronger too. However, this model has some vibration issues and it feels like the vibration carries through to the brush head which results in intermittent noise. The brush head does not "lock" into the toothbrush (it only pushes into the toothbrush and stops). The result is that the brush head can come loose and the vibration causes noise. Philips would do well by redesigning this flaw to make this cordless toothbrush even better.
Pros: good power and feel, nice brush head, nice recharging stand, lots of brushing options, more compact than the older style
Cons: brush head does not sit well in toothbrush, rather pricey
The product does exactly what we need it to. Great Product

Quit after only 2 years

I loved this toothbrush. However, it quit working after only two years. I feel like for the amount of money I paid for this toothbrush, I should get more than 2 years of use from it. So, I would not buy another one.
I like this product better than my other Sonicare. The buttons to select the type of brushing are positioned so that they can't accidentally be pushed in the middle of a brushing. I like the slim body of the brush, too. I can honestly say that I don't use the ultrasonic cleaner like I thought I would. When I do use it, it works fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can be annoying when toggling between programs...some work when turned on, some not. Would be nice if programs had their own button.
