It took a little getting accustomed to the intense vibration, but after our dental hygienist advised starting out on a lower setting for a week, we adjusted and now we feel like we are getting a more thorough cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'll keep it short, so please check out my pros and cons.
Overall, I love using this toothbrush and will never look back.
Pros: feels like you came from the dentist each time, excellent battery life, great timer, multiple brush modes
Cons: can't set a default brush mode

This toothbrush has performed very well, at my last check-up I had less plaque than previously which I attribute to using this toothbrush. The only issue I have is that the placement of the button to change modes is right where my thumb is. This is both good as bad, as it is easy to change modes, but sometimes I find that I change the mode accidentally.
Pros: easy to use!

Overall a very good product

We got the Philips Sonicare FlexCare toothbrushes as a present. One of the brushes still works fine. The other one we had to replace it twice. The first time the head simply started swinging, like it was broken inside. Outside everything seemed to be OK. The replacement brush we received kept vibrating non-stop. We couldn't turn it off... we had to let it go until the battery got down. So far the replacement we got is working according to our expectations.
