Excellent customer service - great product

I never write reviews, but just had to share about about my excellent experience with Phillips and this product -
So I got this toothbrush about a year ago, and just love it - will never go back to a non-electric again! I havent had a single problem with it until yesterday, it started randomly pulsing, and then stopped working all together. I tried researching to see what the cause was, and if there is any warranty on the product, and sure enough - 2 year warranty! However I figured I was still out of luck since I threw away the box and reciept long ago. WRONG - I called them and told them what happened, and without any hassle at all, they shipping me out a new one! Which never happens.
Fantastic customer service - excellent product - I would recommend them to anyone, and will be buying from them again in the future! Well worth the investment.

A Wonderful surprise

A friend recommended this to me. Most of my adult life I have had problems with build up in the front lower teeth. Flossing did not fix the problem. Only when I went to the dentist to have them cleaned would it go away. Two weeks later it would be back. I have been using my Sonicare for six months and have not had this problem since.
Pros: small enough to get to the back without gagging

We had high expectations of this product due to our dentist's recommendation. The product lived up to all the hype. Sometimes ones hopes are not realized but this one does. It has many really good brushing styles for different needs. Cannot say enough good things about it.

Great results, clean teeth, healthy gums.
Customer service is great. Replaced the toothbrush when it stopped working just a month before the warenty period was up. No hassles. I buy them for my family for gifts.

Talk about clean teeth. I even had my dentist jokingly say that I'm one of his few patients that really don't need to have my teeth cleaned by him. (I floss and probe too) It always feels great when I run my tongue over my teeth and it feels so clean. I also know the older I get the more important it is to keep my teeth brushed well. I'm hoping to die (eventually) with all of them still in my mouth and looking good.
Pros: great for the gums too.
