Love the design & layout of this refrigerator. Plenty of space. Makes everything Accessible & easy to organize. Also like the lighting.

Really great fridge. We needed a counter depth refrigerator for our new home and we knew we wanted a Samsung because of all their great reviews. I really wanted a french door refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom but they were all so big that there was no way it would fit in our space. After receiving this fridge, I have NO regrets. Everything about it is perfect! It has plenty of room and I love the blue interior lights. The through the door ice/water dispenser is super handy. The ONLY con I can even say about it at all would be that sometimes it is a little noisy. Even so, it is a truly great machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This refrigerator does not have enough room. I am having a really hard time fitting the amount of items I had in my previous refrigerator. Other than that the refrigerator is very nice looking and runs well.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations

All great except one deal-breaker.....

I have had the large trays on my refrigerator door break 3 times. I am a product design engineer, working in plastic products, and actually have developed many kitchen appliances for another company. The large door trays are clearly designed with so that they can crack on the top of the main (white) tray part, just behind the vertical edge that contacts the door. This causes the whole tray to fall out, breaking the clear part as well. This could be simply fixed with reinforcing features in the tray at that point, but none of my replacment shelves are different - and they keep breaking. all else on the fridge is great - I just could not recomend anything where the parts will routenely break - so it gets one star.

The plate with the display got unglued in first month. Sometimes when the power goes of, it starts in Demo mode and you have to reset it. Otherwise, nice refrigerator.
Cons: Poor quality

We recently purchased this side by side counter depth fridge and could not be more happy with it. Works perfectly for smaller kitchens. Love the look and all of the features. Very satisfied.

1.Yes, gallon milk jugs can go on one door shelf, but the rest of the door shelves are too small for other standard bottles. So I have to turn them sideways and then space is wasted. You cannot fit a standard gallon jug anywhere else in the main part of the fridge unless you remove a shelf. 2.Door shelves protrude into the body of the fridge, past the edge of the shelves. 3.The ice dispensing screen goes off indiscriminately. Right now it has gone blank and the ice shute is opening and closing on its own, making an irritating clicking noise which I cannot stop unless I unplug the entire fridge. Waiting on my SECOND service call on an appliance less than 6 months old.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
