GREAT REFRIGERATOR BUT !!

THE FRIGE IS PRETTY NICE LOOKING IN THE HOUSE, BUT THE ICE MAKER KEEP'S BREAKING. WHEN YOU WANT CUBED ICE IT USUALLY CRUSHES IT. I NEVER KNOW WHAT IM GOING TO GET, EVEN WHEN I SELECT CUBED OR CRUSHED. AND THE ICE CUBES GET STUCK AS THE ARE DISPENSING AT THE TOP. AND IT STOP'S MAKEING MORE UNTILL YOU CLEAR THAT ONE PIECE. SO I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY OPEN THE FREEZER DOOR TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NOT A PIECE OF ICE STUCK AT THE TOP. THE ICE MAKER HAS BEEN WORKED ON OR REPLACED 4 TIME'S IN A TWO YEAR PERIOD. I JUST GOT TIRED OF CALLING AND THEN WAITING FOR A TECHNITION TO COME TO MY HOUSE.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great space for a cabinet depth model

The refrigerator has great space and interior design. Good storage space and freezer capacity. The only major complaint is the ice maker. The ice maker often let's a cube hanging on the freezer tray and stops the ice maker from working. I usually find out the next day when I need ice and there is none. They replaced the ice unit, it is better, now only happens once every 10 days. My solution is to save a bag of ice in the freezer so when it fails, I have a reserve. To get it working takes a light fist to the unit and the hanging cube falls off and it starts making cubes again. Overall, I would buy another Samsung again. I also use Samsung TV'S, TABLET AND PHONES.

I had this fridge for over a year only to have the flap to the ice maker break right after the warranty was up.
Pros: Durable, Realistic color

I purchased my refrigerator because I had the same one in my last home. I love that the ice maker is in the freezer door and not in the freezer. I love that it has enough room for my needs without being so oversized and bulky. I have not had a problem with it in my previous home and so far none in my new home.

I have owned this side by side for over two years and I am very pleased. There is plenty of storage with easy access for my husband and myself. There is also room to hold enough food for a party. Ice maker has worked well, temperatures stay accurate and food has stored well.

It is the perfect size for our family. Lower cost of ownership that any other fridge i have owned. The service team the Samsung has been exceptional for a part i needed.

Just picked this refrigerator up today...it was the last one & a floor model...unfortunately it came with no paperwork and I'm not sure what the setting should be set at??? Hopefully someone can help me with this ...or let me know a way to get the instruction manual online maybe?
So far I love everything about it...very quiet and so clean & sleek looking!! very happy ...but would feel better if I knew I had settings set correctly...

Poor performance

This refrigerator does look nice, I love the compact design; however, we purchased this in July of 2011 and already we've had to replace both the computer board and now the ice maker. I have to give only one star for rating, performance & value. When you purchase a high end ticket such as this, you expect more. So, no I will not purchase again and no I will not be recommending to my friends.
