The counter depth was critical due to the layout of my kitchen, and is a perfect fit. The only downside is veggie drawer does not open far enough, difficult to fit a head of lettice into drawer. Also, the shelf that retracts should set higher, taller items such as milk, soda bottles will not fit underneath. Other than those two items I very happy with purchase.

This fridge is beautiful. Love the counter depth and the design. Only negatives are that one of the handles keeps coming loose and I can't fit a head of brocolli into the veggie drawer. Other than that, I'm very happy.

Very happy with our purchase of this samsung refrigerator. Features are great, Led Lighting, Door controls, quick freeze, dual cooling and very quite. This refrigerator has a great design and storage compartments and shelves.

Overall, this frig is great. If someone from Samsung ever looks here, I have 2 complaints/suggestions:
1) The low shelf should be about 1/2 inch taller. You can slide part of the shelf above it out of the way to kake it taller, but with all shelves in place, it should hold a gallon of milk.

2) There should be a way to lock out the temp settings on the front panel seperate from the ice and watter controls. You will want access to the ice and water for all, while not allowing little ones to accidently change the temps.

A Perfect Refrigerator

This counter depth refrigerator was purchased because we are remodeling the kitchen and replaced a standard depth 24 cf unit. Interestingly, despite being the same size in cf, it organizes and holds much more food than our old refrigerator. I must confess that when shopping for new appliances I was originally drawn to this particular model because of the wine rack. Once I moved past the wine rack, I just fell in love with the remainder of the features such as the soda rack, the depth of the door shelves and the placement of the drawers. This is by far the best organized refrigerator on the market. It is exceedingly quiet during operation. The ice maker placed on the freezer door allows for much more storage room in freezer and also gives the option of cubed or crushed ice, a nice feature. The water/ice access shelf on the outside is deep enough to fit my coffee pot and small pans without having to hold them in place. This refrigerator is by far the best I've ever owned. Kudos to the designers of this refrigerator.

This refrigerator is not only fuctional, but very stylish as well. The unit has plenty of storage and is super quiet. We purchased the counter-depth model, which is approximately four inches less in depth than our old unit and provides some additional space in our kitchen.

My Samsung refrigerator is excellent. If you want quality, get Samsung! The ice/water dispenser is perfect everytime. There were so many features for storage that I had to remove several (we're not that organized). I love it; don't consider anything but Samsung.
