Almost Perfect

This is a very good refrigerator. It looks great and keeps food fresh longer. It has very nice design and layout. Only complaint is that the water tubing connections for the water & ice dispensers leaked the when connected. Called Samsung and got someone to tighten tuning connections. It works well right now.
Pros: looks great
Cons: water tubing connections leaked.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this Fridge! Fits just right! Looks great! Can't even hear it run! Ice maker No problems! Drawers no problems when door is completely open the drawers come out plenty far enough! Plenty of storage space! I love this refridgerator and would definatly recommend it to a friend! Fits great it the counter! Looks built-in!

Samsung counter depth side by side refrigerator

First one was delivered on 12/14/10 and had to be taken back by installers as computer printout screen did not work and the water kept dripping after filling a cup. We set up to swap out when they could locate one. They called later that night and had another one set up for delivery next day. The next morning the water dispenser would not work. Replacement unit arrived at 10 a.m. and all is working fine as of now.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

Very Nice Counter Depth Side by Side

This unit is a great refrigerator especially considering the features. My only complaint is the flow rate of the in door water dispenser. I love the built in filtration but the flow is a bit slow. Otherwise I love it.

Ice maker problem

Don't know if it was the ice maker or the service techs, but it took 2 service calls after the installation to get the ice maker to dispense. Installer pinched the water line, 1st service call straightened the line but didn't verify performance, 2nd service call said it was an electronics problem and was ordering a part. Three days after 2nd ervice call, and before any new part was installed, the ice maker started dispensing and has worked for almost 2 weeks now. Expect it to stop any day now.
Cons: poor service techs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great fridge. The style and appearance would elevate the look of any kitchen. The consistent use of stainless gives it a uniform look, the ice dispenser doesn't stand out with black trim like on most models. I most like the light sensing interior lights and the removable shelves. There is a wine/beer bottle rack that is very handy as well as a canned soda holder on the door.
Great unit, very pleased with purchase.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive

When there is a light image. It would be nice that when I am in the dark any light icon should be always lit up so you can find it in the dark when you sneak at night to have a midnight snack!!!
