this is a beautiful Fridge. Great features. Only negative so far, the retractable shelf needs to be just a shade higher to allow milk gallons & half gallons to clear. We lose use of half a shelf. Otherwise, we love it

Have owned this refrigerator for a little over 6 months now, and can only report one (minor) problem. The built-in ice maker/dispenser decides at random whether you will be receiving crushed ice or just regular cubed ice. Making a selection is more like making a request, which can be very frustrating. Other than that inconvenience it's the best fridge I've ever purchased.
Pros: maximum use of interior space
Cons: front isn't magnetic so magnets had to go
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ice Maker Worthless

From the get go the Samsung would not make ice and now makes very little ice at all. Have done all the recommendation the manual suggested and still only makes little ice. Went on vacation for ten days and not more ice in the tray then we left home.
Bummer.
Bummer.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Fridge, Dents easily

Got this fridge due to its counterdepth size, which we really need in our home, and the look as well (all our other appliances are stainless still with the same arched handles).
BUT the freezer door handle is constantly popping off and the doors themselves dent SO easily! I would recommend looking at other fridge if you have kids and no time to stand guard over the fridge.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this product it was a little pricey but I love the features easy to clean, the lighting is great the design is great and best of all it works very very well. I would definitely recommend this product to everybody!!

Have the refrigerator for less than a month and it works just fine. The only thing i have noticed is condensation on both doors.
