Amazing picture!

I did extensive research before purchasing this LCD. Received great reviews on many sites. I think Samsung makes the best LCDs! I gotta get Blu-Ray and surround sound to really maximize my enjoyment...

When I went looking for my new TV, I didn't have a particular brand in mind. I went there with a open mind looking for the best picture quality, features and ease of use. When I finally came across the LN52A650 I was blown away. This TV has it all. Aside from having the best picture I have ever seen, It has Info Link which I sure do use. Connections were a breeze and forget everything you have heard about speakers with A monster TV like this you have to run it through a surround sound system, even when you are watching regular TV just switch your receiver to 2 channel audio it's awesome. Words can't describe this TV get one today and experience it for yourself you won't beleive it. I just went and purchased the LN37A550 for my bedroom, don't worry my spare bedrooms are getting Samsungs' in them also.

I've had the TV for a month now. I still get thrilled by the HD picture quality. The black levels are superb which gives a 3 dimensional quality to the image. I don't think there is TV out there that can compare in this price range. I also found the remote and menus are easy to use. I still have to get a Blue Ray player one day so I expect another thrill with full 1080P.

I wanted a Sharp Aquous 52" set for a long time. My father in law bought a XBR5 which did not impress me. I went into my local electronics store to buy the Sharp when I saw the Samsung set. The picture clarity blew away the sharp that I loved so much that I bought it on the spot. The only negative I have on this set is the sound quality. Oh man, after everything else in this set, why skimp on speakers? I mean, yes, I have a very elaborate home theater system, but when I want to just watch TV I'd expect sound better than a transistor AM tadio. No I didnt buy this set for the sound but jeez, what would it have cost, $20 for better speakers?
Other than that there isnt a bad thing I can say about this set so far. All HD sources are stunning, SD sources are very good. It blows away my father in laws XBR, which cost 1/3 more.
A very impressive set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This TV is great, I would recoment it to anyone. The picture is great, the contrast is great, rich deep color, easy to use. my wife has a hard time pulling me away from it - I keep telling her "will you look at that picture? its fantastic" I am watching the NFL playoffs right now and I feel like I'm at the game

After thoroughly researching HDTVs, I decided on the Samsung LN52A650. It was easily the right decision. The clarity of the picture, the sound. the brightness--all outstanding. And the thing is: I'm seeing this all on standard definition with digital cable hookup (my neighborhood isn't scheduled for fiber connection until next year, and I didn't want to change to satellite for just a short period).
I also purchased a Samsung BluRay player at the same time. The viewing experience on this with the TV is simply phenomenal.
So far I've been more than pleased with my Samsung purchases and most highly recommend them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this t.v. is awesome. My old Samsung dlp tv was great, but this t.v. is best I've seen. Awesome picture detail, color and depth. Blu-ray will leave you speechless. A must buy.
