This is my fourth Black & Decker 5 cup coffee maker over many years and I am now officially done with them. Water leaked all over my countertop with this latest one; what a mess and ridiculous that this passed any sort of quality control. Shame on you Black & Decker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was so excited about my new coffee maker. It works great, except that about 6 months after I bought it, it cracked all the way up the side out of nowhere and started to leak everywhere. I got it as a gift so I can exchange it for a new one :( I would not buy this product again.

I bought this coffee maker about a month ago, and I was really enjoying it! But yesterday when I was washing the pot, it broke :(. I have been looking everywhere for a replacement, but I can’t find one anywhere that is less than purchasing a whole new coffee maker.

A friend knows how I live coffee, he buys me a Black and Decker 4 cup maker.
I got it for a Valentines present. I cannot seem to make it brew and I have had coffee makers in the past but this is new and ridiculous. i don't know wjy it does not brew and I am too embarrassed to let my friend know it does not work.

Great little coffee pot

It is a very efficient coffee maker; but we've had bad luck with breaking the carafes, have had to replace the whole appliance twice. I would like just to buy a new carafe should we break another one..
