I WOULDN'T BUY IT AGAIN

The voice sound is lousy; there is no manual with the phone, just a silly on line interactive (???) thing that does not tell you much of anything. How about moving photos between my phone and computer??? Where is the information on that? Unless Samsung can show me a better manual, I would not buy this again, or recommend it.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, poor in sunlight

Phone Shuts Itself Off

I really like this phone other than 1 glaring problem: the phone shuts itself off at random! Sometimes it happens at random times when i'm not using the phone, but in particular, my phone likes to shut itself off in the middle of sending a text. Sometimes it turns itself back on, sometimes it just stays shut off. The text will not have sent when the phone turns back on, so I have to resend it. I know this is not a unique problem as I went to my phone company's support center and they replaced my phone with a new one that does the exact same thing! It's really too bad as I like every other feature of the phone, but this problem is hard to overlook as it affects my daily usage of the phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a BAD phone

The phone will turn itself off and then you lose all your contacts, picutes, music, and ring tones. I have had two of these phones and they both have done the same thing.Also my son had two and they both did the same thing.
Cons: Poor quality, drops connections

Shuts itself off

This phone has rebooted itself at inopertune times and has even shut itself off whenever it feels like it. It has happened while charging, while sitting on a table, and even while in use. I have exchanged this phone twice and each phone has done the same thing.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, shut itself off

i purchased this phone on my history with previous samsung phones. Bad idea. it cuts off by itself, my address book never opens, and you can't change the amount of time that passes before the display locks. the photo edit feature does not crop well for setting the picture as a wallpaper
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations, malfunctions too often

Love the features on this phone. BUT - there is a problem with it restarting. The 1st day it restarted twice. Another day, it turned off and I didn't realize the phone was off for several hours (after missing important calls). Sometimes you can't get to the phonebook, and it'll just say "initializing". When that happens have to power off and back on. Otherwise, it's a great phone. Small, even with the QWERTY. Wish it worked better.

Cons: Did not meet expectations

Good Phone

just picked up the green phone today. My Windows phone died an early death. This phone is as good as my Motorola Windows Phone at a fraction of the price. Might not sync contacts with Outlook; But my windows phone synced them only for a short time before bugs kicked in and put syncing to a stop. The battery on this phone is supposed to last up to 10 days. So far it looks like that might be true. My windows phone when it was new lasted only 2 days and I really don't ever talk on the phone.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, thin

Good Basic phone---so far

Just what I want, phone and texting--no data plan. Good qwerty keyboard. Voice commands work well with bluetooth.. So far, the only thing that bothers me is the call quality doesn't seem to be as good as the Samsung Intensity I had.
