This phone is possessed.

This phone turns itself off when you're trying to make a call. It get's on the internet when you're trying to hang up a call. It reboots anytime you're trying to do something quickly. Most recently, It refused to type a text and then shut itself off. This is my second one. I took the first one back to the store claiming it was possessed. They assured me it was that individual phone and that there wasn't a problem with the model. Now, I'm stuck with the second one that has the exact same problems. It also randomly deleted about 10% of my contacts.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Phone for texting and the web - but not for PIM

Overall not a bad phone if all you want it for is for texting and the web - however when it comes to keeping your Personal every day stuff like your calander, todo list and addresses it lacks the ability that most phones of this type can do. The big problem is that their is no firmware that allows you to sync with your personal / business computer - this is a pretty standard feature for this type of phone and the fact that this phone can not really is disappointing.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, can not sync with computer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth it

Although I found the games to be fun and entertaining, this phone drives me insane! The texting is too slow, doesn't keep up. It's constantly missing letters and lagging. The reception leaves something to be desired as well. Even with the tower you can purchase to place in your home to boost reception, it still drops calls, or just has no bars. It also just stopped sending and receiving picture messages out of the blue. I uploaded the software for the phone so I could transfer images to my computer and that doesn't work either. Overall, I hate it and I'm using another phones upgrade on my plan to get a new one.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor reception, slow
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I liked the larger keyboard for texting. However I have been frustrated with the phone as it shuts down even when there is sufficient battery. When I check it I have to turn it back on and a "World Phone" thing happens which I have finally learned how to get out of. I have missed some important calls due to this problem. Also I have not figured out how to get it on vibrate. The side button decreases the volume eventually to off which means no sound no vibration. Again this leads to missed calls. I have looked at the extensive manual on-line and have not seen vibration mode in it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This phone could have been a great device to use if only it wouldn't freeze or restart most of the time. Part of the time it was freezing and restarting while texting. This is the second phone I've gotten to replace the first one. It is doing the same thing. It freezes, then restarts or doesn't even turn back on. Other than that this phone is awesome. I love the fact that it is environmentally friendly, and the features are a very nice addition to the device, but I don't recommend this device because of the glitches. Samsung, you are heading in the right direction, but please fix the text messaging feature. It is the same for my Samsung Rugby II. I want to love your products but the glitches are pushing me to another manufacturer.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, music player, camera
Cons: constantly freezing, constantly restarting, no 3.5 mm headset jack
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Samsung Evergreen shg-a667

This phone while is a good value for the type of phone it is lacks in its functionality. I am unable to connect it to a pc to Upload Ringtone, music or Pictures from or to my PC as there are no drivers for available for this phone. I am considering returning this phone to my service provider for a different COmpnaies phone that I know connects to the PC without any problem right out of the box.
This phone has been powering on and off randomly, mid call/text or on standby. I have had a replacement battery and am on my 3rd replacement. Each one has done the same things. A friend had 3 of them in 31 days and each did these same things. I do NOT reccomend this phone!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, turns on & off randomly.
